Refund Policy for Holiday Camps

We are aware that sometimes life happens. If you need to cancel holiday camps here is our policy.

Holiday Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel your child’s holiday camp booking, the following policy applies:

• More than 24 hours before the camp begins: You may transfer the booking to another available holiday camp day at no additional cost, or request a refund. Refunds will be subject to a £5 administration charge per booking.

• Within 24 hours of the camp beginning: No refund or transfer will be available.

• Non-attendance: If your child does not attend the booked camp, no refund or transfer will be provided.

• Transfers: All transfers are subject to availability and must be requested more than 24 hours before the camp begins.

• Cancellation by us: If we cancel a holiday camp, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another available date.

All cancellation and transfer requests should be made by contacting us directly. The 24-hour period is calculated from the advertised start time of the booked camp.
